I absolutely love it here and could not have picked a better place! Being an adult, I wanted a discreet and comfortable alternative to braces. Aligners are the way to go!! My journey started in January and I can already see an improement in my smile and self-confidence. Dr. Segall has been incredible! I feel like I'm in the best hand possible. As far as the team, they are just as amazing! Always welcoming, and super helpful. Dr Segall and his team go above and beyond every time I'm in the office. Everyone always treated me with a smile and worked with my schedule. All the doctors are amazing, each with their own special approach. Hands down a five-star experience every time I visit. From your friendly welcome at the door and through the entire visit you are treated with such care. Ten years, two girls, and four treatment plans later … we are graduating! Could not be happier with our experience start to finish. At Jackson Orthodontics, they have always been kind to me and my family. When you get your braces off, they celebrate your journey coming to an end with a table full of treats you couldn’t eat with braces. They are always gentle and super understanding. They continue to amaze my family with their work.

Best orthodontic office in the area! Came here for my first round of braces in 2015 and am back almost ten years later (unfortunately for me) for a second round, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Super friendly staff who turn into family!
I wish there were more stars to give them! They are all phenomenal from the receptionist, orthodontist assistants, X-ray techs, orthodontists, to the financial team. You are always greeted with a warm smile and genuine conversation.
